2. When You Choose to Join the Evaluation Stage or Become a Funded User. Whenever You use Our services for simulated trading, We collect Your trading program, the amount You have invested, payment method for receiving funds and follow Your trading behavior and monitor it for Our analytical purposes, building trading strategies, evaluation Users as well as to fraud prevention.
3. KYC AML information
  – We may require You to provide Us or any other third party on Our behalf additional information for the purpose of compliance with Know-Your-Customer (“KYC“) and Anti-Money Laundering applicable legal requirements and best practices.
4. Communication information. When You contact Us, though any channel whatsoever, including the “Contact us” section, when You subscribe to Our Newsletter on the Website or social media networks, You may provide Us with Your full name, Email address, and the content of Your communication with Us.

Sharing your public profile with other website users and members of our communities

If you choose a private profile, only the following details will be visible to other members of our community: first name and the initial of your surname or public name (if you have chosen one), profile picture (if you have chosen one), sum of his achievements, sum of his TradeTalk, sum of his followers/ following (only number), KYC (if he did already – only the symbol of verification), when the user joined to hub
4. If you choose a public profile, the following details may be visible to other members of our community: all the above and achievements, country flag, posts & trade talk, and user stats.
5. You may change your profile settings (private or public) at any time through your personal profile page.
6. The company may change users’ public-name from time to time, while maintaining a link between old and new nicknames, to improve user experience, enhance security, or comply with legal obligations.
7. Disclosure to affiliate partners: as part of our affiliate programs, we may share limited personal information – name and email address – with trusted affiliate partners for legitimate business purposes, which include verifying user registrations, attributing referrals, providing user support, awarding loyalty points, and analyzing the effectiveness of affiliate marketing efforts. Such information will be transmitted in encrypted or otherwise secured form to ensure its protection.
